1. Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
3. Refunds
Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping.
